All Base Performance coaches drive for professional race teams at a variety of levels. Their experience will help drivers of all abilities achieve the very best results during pre-season testing and throughout the race season.

Simulator instruction

Base Performance coaches are able to instruct drivers within a simulator environment using either championship specific or generic vehicle model set-ups to help provide realistic baseline car settings and race circuit knowledge.

Driver coaching

By offering both theoretical and applied tutoring, Base Performance can dramatically improve performance and driving technique. Working with drivers, usually on a season-long basis, coaches become a trusted part of the team. In close partnership with the driver and team engineers, Base Performance will help enhance a driver's ability to find that precious 1000th of a second, whether it be through car set-up, psychological preparation or simply cultivate talent.
